• Custom Bridal Wear: Bespoke bridal gowns, lehengas, and traditional wedding attire
• Traditional Wear: Sarees, salwar kameez, and ethnic wear for special occasions
• Western Wear: Designer gowns, dresses, and contemporary fashion
• Tailoring Services: Custom alterations, fittings, and measurements
• Design Consultations: Personalized styling and design advice

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Placing Orders

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• Order confirmations will be sent via email or WhatsApp
• Custom orders require advance booking and deposit payment

Measurements and Fittings

• Accurate measurements are essential for custom tailoring
• Customers are responsible for providing correct measurements
• Multiple fittings may be required for custom orders
• Fitting appointments must be scheduled in advance

Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Custom orders will receive a detailed quote before work begins
• Additional charges may apply for rush orders or special requests

Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% is required for all custom orders
• Full payment must be made before delivery or collection
• We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards
• Payment receipts will be provided for all transactions

Delivery and collection terms:

• Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery dates are provided at the time of order but are not guaranteed
• Collection: Items must be collected within 30 days of completion notification
• Delivery Charges: May apply for home delivery within Delhi NCR
• Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances
• Inspection: Please inspect items upon delivery/collection and report any issues immediately

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has commenced
• Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp
• Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable after work begins

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
• Custom-made items are not eligible for refunds unless defective
• Alterations and tailoring services are non-refundable
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

All content on our website and our designs are protected by intellectual property rights:

• All designs, patterns, and creative works are the property of Heena Boutique
• Website content, images, and logos are protected by copyright
• Unauthorized reproduction or use of our designs is prohibited
• You may not copy, distribute, or modify our content without written permission

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care or use of garments
• Color variations in fabric may occur and are not considered defects
• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers or unforeseen events

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate measurements and information
• Attend scheduled fitting appointments on time
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Collect completed items within the specified timeframe
• Treat our staff and premises with respect
• Follow care instructions provided for garments

In the event of any disputes:

• We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve issues
• Disputes will be handled in good faith through negotiation
• Any legal proceedings will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts
• These terms are governed by the laws of India
